Structural features:

1. Integral valve body design, top-mounted pivot fixed support, flange structure or butt welding structure.

2. The high-strength integral pivot-fixed ball valve stem design adopts an anti-flying protection structure to ensure the precise positioning of the ball.

3. It has the function of double blocking and venting (DBB function), and has the functions of fire prevention and anti-static.

4. Two groups or more of O-ring seals, plus the arson structure on the stem, can effectively prevent leakage.

5. The INCONEL spring makes the soft-seal metal valve seat and the ball move, which has a good two-way sealing function for the inlet and the outlet.

6. Standard soft seal (PTFE, RPTFE, DEVLON, NYLON, PEEK) material valve seat with superior performance ensures effective sealing under low pressure.

7. The sealing grease injector is designed to inject sealing grease in an emergency to seal the valve stem and valve seat urgently.

8. Using unique valve seat retractable technology, the valve stem, ball, valve stem sealing ring, metal valve seat and spiral spring can be replaced online.

9. Convenient position adjustment. When replacing or installing the actuator online, it is impossible to see the position of the ball hole.FUVALVE provides a special “positioning groove”, which can easily and accurately find the position of the ball valve fully open and fully closed. It is convenient to adjust the limit device of the actuator.

10. For ball valves with butt-welded ends, the end material (transition section) of the ball valve can be adjusted according to the user’s pipe material grade to ensure the adaptability and weldability of the material strength. The sleeve tube is enlarged at both ends, and the length of the sleeve tube can ensure that the on-site welding operation does not affect the sealing material.

11. Buried design. For the buried ball valve, the stem can be lengthened according to the needs of the project to facilitate the operation on the ground. The skates will extend the corresponding grease injection, sewage and exhaust devices from the pipe to the ground.

12. The drive device platform and bolt holes are pre-installed, and the drive device required by the customer can be assembled at any time.
