Working principle:
FUV930E special concentric V-shape ball valve with fixed ball single face hard seal design and positional sealing. Utilizing spring to provide initial sealing force and medium force to achieve positional sealing.
Structural Description:
Due to the straight-through design, when the valve is open, there is no flow blocking element in the valve cavity, so there will be no jamming and blockage. When closing, there is no material stagnation area in the valve cavity, avoiding material crystallization and inability to open.
The valve ball V-port large hemisphere, to ensure that the demand for fast-opening, equal-percentage adjustment; actuator connection is through the bracket interface, which conforms to the ISO5211 dimensional standards.
Positional sealing is achieved by the use of a spring to provide the initial sealing force and media force. When the sealing pair is closed, the sealing of the valve can be automatically compensated by the action of the spring; this increases the sealing life time.
Due to the design of the large hemisphere of the V-port, the angular stroke control valve, can accurately control the flow of the medium.
