A Cryogenic metal seal butterfly Valve is made to specifically withstand temperatures below freezing point in industrial applications. It is generally made from stainless steel and bronze. It also comes with an extended bonnet for protection against extreme temperatures.

The series of valve uses three eccentric structure , when valve opened , the seat sealing surface separates from the body sealing surface , to avoid the relative friction between seals ,greatly increasing the service life of valve . when valve closed , valve stem provides the torque , to make between seals form enough seal special pressure and keep the reliable seal. Large stem diameter ca overcome seal bring advance reactions from pipeline vibration or pressure fluctuations , further improve the reliability of valve seal it’s known that three eccentric sealing principle belongs to a mandatory seal further turns stem , it will increase seal special pressure , and sealing ring in 360 circle special pressure distribution is even,won’t appear local special pressure too high leads to materials plastic deformation phenomenon.
Fuvalve design and manufacture cryogenic butterfly valve,body has two kinds of structure : flange connection , butt weld connection (with maintenance orifice), with the body of the over haul orifice online service for trims , making maintenance work become usually simple, be helpful for the use of resources and save maintenance cost .
