Product Introduction
Track ball valve is a kind of on-off valve, with guide groove and pin installed in the stem , Its ball lower shaft adopts sphere construction and supported by valve bottom and the ball upper end is equipped with limit pin , matching up with the stem pin . The guide pin installed with yoke , contacted with the guide groove . When opened the valve through hand wheel or actuator , The stem is rising along with guide groove , and ball swings the direction which separates from the seat in action of stem pin . When stem rises to n the corner of guide groove , Stem drives ball rotating and continues to lift till valve is fully opened in action of guide pin . the movement track of stem and ball is just on the contrary when valve closing . This track ball valve is full-port , with low flow resistance and reliable sealing performance which widely used in solid particle medium , such as Coal Water Slurry , Black Water etc.
