Half-Lined Ceramic Ball Valve

The Half-lined ceramic ball valve is designed for the working conditions of high-impurity,highviscosity,high hardness and large granular.The ceramic balls and seats inside are hard sealed so that the valves can be zero leakage,economical,practical.

Wear and corrosion resistance
The valve ball and valve seat are all made of Hi-performance structural ceramics with hardness of HRA87 or above. So structural ceramic ball valves can withstand the impact of Hi-speed liquids and hard grains, displaying excellent performance on wear resistance.

  • Long working life
    The static pressure test showed no leakage after 10000 times opening-closing.
  • Wide-range of applications
    Structural ceramic ball valves are applicable.Hard sealing ball valves can also be used in media with particles and fibers

Suitable Medium:Dust,Water,Oil,Gas,Slurry.

Suitable Temperature:-40 to 280/500 Deg C

 

Typical Applications:

In many corrosive or/and abrasive applications, PTFE or PFA lined ball valves and metal seated ball valves are used, but limited to the material, these PTFE or PFA lined ball valves and metal seated valves cannot last for a long time due to severe abrasion and corrosion. Ceramic ball valve have excellent performance and much longer life time than soft seated and metal seated ball valves in most corrosive and abrasive applications.
